Recipes: Bellamy's Organic Mini Apple MuffinsMakes about 24Cook Time: 15 minIngredients:2 cups organic SR flour1 tspn ground cinnamon1/4 cup organic sugar125g organic butter, melted1 organic free range egg, beaten1 cup of prepared Bellamy's Organic Toddler Milk2 organic apples, peeled, cored and grated.Method1. Preheat oven to 200°C2. Sift the flour and cinnamon into a bowl. Stir in sugar.3. In a small bowl beat together Bellamy's Organic Toddler Milk, butter and egg. Add apple and stir to distribute evenly.4. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just blended.5. Spoon into greased 24 mini muffin tin until 3/4 full.6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.7. Cool on a wire rack. Delicious served warm.8. Store in an airtight container
