Recipes: Spring Vegetable Sauce
Take 1 cup of organic Spring vegetables-our children love peas, squash, carrots and sweet potato.
Wash, peel vegetables and cut roughly into centimetre pieces.
Add 1/4 cup of boiling water and steam over a medium to low heat until tender (about 5 minutes).
Blend or puree until smooth and serve with Bellamy's Organic Baby Macaroni.
